1. Delivery Areas

We deliver to all major cities and towns across Malaysia. If you’re located in a remote area, please contact us to confirm delivery possibilities and any additional charges.

2. Delivery Times

Standard Delivery: Our standard delivery times are 3-5 business days for locations within Peninsular Malaysia and 7-10 business days for East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak). Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Express Delivery: Need your furniture fast? We offer express delivery services. Contact us for rates and availability.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges vary depending on the size and weight of your items, as well as the delivery location. These charges will be calculated at checkout. For an estimate before purchasing, please contact our customer service team.

4. Walk-In Purchases

Customers who prefer to see our products in person can visit our showroom. For walk-in purchases, we offer the option to take your furniture with you or schedule a delivery. Our staff will assist you with the necessary arrangements.

5. Installation Services

We provide free installation services for all furniture items within Klang Valley. For other areas, a minimal fee may be charged depending on the complexity of the product. Our trained professionals ensure your furniture is set up correctly and placed where you want it.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can see the status of your delivery. Track your order directly on our website or call our customer support for assistance.

7. Damages and Returns

We take pride in the quality of our products. However, if your furniture arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or repair. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.
